ALL THE NEWS AND DATES FOR ANNUAL AGM'S

AGM 2024

MONDAY 10TH JUNE 2024

VENUE: HARLESCOTT SOCIAL CLUB

START TIME: 8PM SHARP

AGM date agreed by committee and the venue to go ahead on the Monday 10th JUNE 2023 at the Harlescott Social Club.

For team renewals and new teams, EVERYONE will have to fill out the Team Registration Form and MUST be handed in with the entry fee of £35.00 to the comittee at the AGM on the 5th JUNE 2023, we will then hand you a players registration form for your team, on your players registration form ONLY ENTER YOUR TEAM NAME and TELEPHONE NUMBER OF THE CAPTAIN. you will then have until the Thursday 15th August 2023 to bring your players registration forms to the Telegraph Inn, Castlefields, between 7pm and 8.30pm, WITHOUT FAIL with £3 per player, entry fee. 

Once we have had all the forms in we will have an idea of teams, we can then move forward with producing the fixtures, which will be available online.
